Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for customized items unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the product.

Replacement

In case of damage or wrong product, we will offer a replacement after verifying the issue.

Replacement will be processed only after returning the defective item (if required).

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (in exceptional cases) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable if:-
The product matches the design or image approved by you.

The color or print slightly differs due to lighting or screen settings.

The issue arises from incorrect information (like wrong model, name, or spelling) provided by the customer.
