Cancellations and Refunds

  • Order Cancellation

    • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as every product is custom-made according to your design and details.

    • Please review your order carefully before placing it.

  • Refund Policy

    • No refunds are provided for customized items unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the product.

  • Replacement

    • In case of damage or wrong product, we will offer a replacement after verifying the issue.

    • Replacement will be processed only after returning the defective item (if required).

  • Refund Processing Time

    • Approved refunds (in exceptional cases) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Non-Refundable Cases
    Refunds will not be applicable if:

    • The product matches the design or image approved by you.

    • The color or print slightly differs due to lighting or screen settings.

    • The issue arises from incorrect information (like wrong model, name, or spelling) provided by the customer.
