    All our products are made as per your design and customization. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation.

  • Design & Printing
    The final product color or print may slightly differ from the image shown due to lighting, screen settings, and printing process.

  • Return & Replacement

    • Customized products are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered.

    • In case of damage or defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.

  • Shipping & Delivery
    We try to dispatch all orders within the given time. However, delivery time may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customer Responsibility
    Please check all details (name, image, design, text, model number, etc.) before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information.

  • Copyright & Design Use
    By uploading your images or designs, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We are not responsible for any copyright issues related to your uploaded content.
